How Do I Book Lodging?
Our Lobster Trap Tournament is a "Stay to Play" event. All tournament participants who live outside a 70-mile radius from the rink are required to stay at a participating "Stay to Play" hotel. We have developed great relationships with many lodges in the area who support and hockey in Biddeford, ME. For more information, please visit our Lodging Page.
How do I pay my balance?
All balances must be paid within 30 days of the tournament. This can be done by calling us at 1-800-800-7373 or logging into the Hockey Academy website with your username and password to pay the bill online.
Are Lobster Trap Tournaments USA Hockey Sanctioned?
All youth hockey tournaments in the Fall and Winter are USA Hockey Sanctioned. Adult Tournaments and Youth Tournaments held in July and August are typically not USA Hockey Sanctioned.
When Do Tournament Games Take Place?
You can expect one game on Friday, two on Saturday and championships on Sunday. Games can start as early as 10am on Friday but usually start in the afternoon or early evening.
When Will I Get My Schedule?
Schedules are usually released about 10 days prior to the start of the tournament.
Is There A Pro Shop At The Rink?
Yes- Hockey Bob's is located right next door.
Is There A Snack Bar In The Rink?
For your convenience, we offer snacks (candy, chips, etc.) along with soda, sports drinks, etc.
Where can we have a team dinner?
There are many local restaurants such as: The 99, Ruby Tuesday's, Applebees, etc. YELP! For more options.

What Are The Most Popular Activities in Maine?
There is so much to do in Maine! Here are some ideas:
1. Outlet shopping in Kittery or Freeport.
